In our IT ▪ CONSULTING ▪ SERVICES business area, we design, modernize and manage the IT infrastructure of small and medium-sized businesses. Our goal is to create IT environments that are secure and reliable, easy to manage and enable people to work productively.
We combine traditional IT infrastructure with modern cloud technologies. From Microsoft 365 and Azure to Modern Workplace and IT Security, servers, networks and Managed Services, we focus not on individual products but on the entire IT environment and how its components work together.
We support our customers from initial consulting and solution design through migration and implementation to ongoing operations. We believe in long-term partnerships, personal contacts and clear recommendations. For us, technology is not an end in itself. What matters is delivering a solution that fits the business and works reliably in everyday use.

Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure have become the foundation for communication, collaboration, applications and IT infrastructure in many organizations. We design, implement and manage Microsoft Cloud environments tailored to the individual requirements of our customers.
Our services range from Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive through Entra ID to Azure infrastructure and hybrid environments. We migrate existing systems to the cloud in a structured manner or integrate them into hybrid architectures where this provides greater technical or economic value.
Rather than considering individual Microsoft services in isolation, we focus on how they work together. Permissions, identities, security, data management, collaboration and administration are considered as an integrated whole from the outset. The result is a cloud environment that not only works technically, but remains manageable, secure and efficient over the long term.
A modern workplace should make technology as simple as possible. Employees need secure access to applications, communications and company data, whether they are working from the office, from home or on the move.
We design modern working environments based on Windows, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune. This includes centralized deployment and management of endpoints as well as Microsoft Teams, telephony, SharePoint, OneDrive, Windows Autopilot and, where required, virtual workplaces with Azure Virtual Desktop.
For us, security and usability are not competing objectives. Devices, applications and access permissions are managed centrally and automated wherever possible, while users benefit from a consistent and straightforward working environment. The result is an IT workplace that enables modern ways of working without introducing unnecessary administrative complexity.
For us, modern IT security starts with a consistent Zero Trust approach: access is not considered trustworthy simply because it originates from within the corporate network. Identity, device status, permissions and other risk factors are taken into account, while access is designed according to the principle of least privilege.
We use Microsoft Entra ID, multi-factor authentication, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender and Intune to protect identities, endpoints and cloud services. These measures are complemented by email security, network and firewall protection, backup and recovery strategies, and the secure configuration of Microsoft 365 and Azure.
We consider IT security to be a continuous process. Technical safeguards, secure configurations, regular reviews and employee security awareness need to work together. This creates a security strategy tailored to the actual risks and protection requirements of each individual organization.
Even in the age of the cloud, reliable IT requires a solid technical foundation. Networks, internet connectivity, firewalls, Wi-Fi, servers and site-to-site connections need to operate just as reliably as the cloud services and applications running on top of them.
We design, implement and modernize IT infrastructures ranging from individual sites to interconnected enterprise environments. Our expertise covers wired and wireless networks, firewalls and VPN connections as well as Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, storage, and on-premises and hybrid systems.
We do not pursue a cloud-at-all-costs approach. What matters is choosing the architecture that makes the most technical and economic sense for each application and organization. We therefore combine on-premises infrastructure, Microsoft Azure and cloud services wherever appropriate to create a powerful, reliable and sustainably manageable overall environment.
A modern IT environment not only needs to be implemented, but also operated reliably and continuously developed. If required, we take responsibility for the ongoing technical management of our customers\' IT environments, ensuring that systems remain available, up to date and secure.
Our services range from administration, monitoring and update management through backup monitoring and user management to the ongoing management of Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoints, servers and network infrastructure. We analyze and resolve incidents through our helpdesk using remote support or, whenever necessary, directly on site.
We do not see Managed Services as anonymous outsourced IT operations. Our customers know their contacts, and we know their IT environment. This continuous collaboration enables us to identify potential issues at an early stage and continuously develop the IT environment together with the customer.
